As described in the Privacy Shield certification, Google complies with both EU-US Privacy Shield and Swiss-US Privacy Shield regulations, as established by the United States Department of Commerce in connection with the collection, use and storage of personal information applicable to EU member states and Switzerland respectively.
Google is responsible for any personal information provided to third parties for external processing on its behalf pursuant to the Onward Transfer Principle, as described in the section on sharing user information. TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING
The data processed include the name and surname of the interested party and the e-mail address. The purposes of the processing of data are as follows: to allow the contact of those who have expressed interest in the initiative in question.
DATA PROCESSING / ACCESS
The Google service includes a suite of applications connected to the Gmail mail account, including Google Cloud Platform (repository and document storage on the cloud), Docs, Sheets, Forms and other applications of Google and its partners which are used for creating, archiving and managing documents and attachments. Communications intended directly or indirectly to the Data Controller are managed by Google’s servers.
The protocols on which information passes over the network and data are stored is the HTTPS (HyperText Transfer Protocol over SSL) protocol, a variant of the HTTP protocol that uses, in addition to TCP / IP, the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) layer that encrypts incoming and outgoing data through a mathematical algorithm. The owner accesses the Google Account through the use of passwords and two-step authentication.
We inform that the data voluntarily provided through the questionnaire will be transformed into an e-mail that can eventually be kept within the email reception system used by the site owner. These data will not be recorded on other media or devices, nor will other data deriving from its navigation on the site be recorded.
